JOB CENTER for migrant workers

The applicant shall assume all such duties and responsibilities associated with an office role.

- Issuing rental agreements, place bookings and extensions in the system.
- Releasing blocked deposits on epos terminal and uploading to system.
- Conducting Inspection forms.
- Updating the database daily with previous day contracts.
- Checking contracts and making sure they have been correctly issued. Making sure all info collected from
clients was properly collected and all payments were made.
- Charging of fines and CVAs incurred by clients.
- Answering call and emails.
- Handling complaints.
- Processing Walkin bookings to those clients that haven’t placed a booking yet.

Qualifications
- Good level of communication skills
- Good level of education

The applicant is required to maintain a very high standard of dress and personal appearance compatible with working for a professional services Employer. The employee is expected to wear the company’s working uniform.
