We are seeking a motivated and passionate Grounds Person to join our dynamic turf management team and contribute to the ongoing presentation and conditioning of our championship property.

Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the Golf Course Management team, the successful applicant/s will be involved in all facets of the course maintenance operation. This hands-on role is ideal for anyone with golf course, horticulture and landscaping backgrounds, or anyone who is interested in an outdoors field of work. Our team prides itself on maintaining positive camaraderie and delivering high-quality playing conditions, every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in all course maintenance operations.

Contribute to positive team camaraderie.

Operate and maintain a wide range of turf maintenance equipment.

Maintain an elite level of workmanship and attention to detail.

Ensure WHS policies, club policies and standard operating procedures are adhered to across all operations.

Key Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to course presentation standards.

Desirable:

Interest in the game of golf.

Experience with outdoor power equipment and small plant/ equipment.

Proven success working within team environments.
