About the Position

Join our team of 3 in the charming town of Bombala, where you'll work in a close-knit team to create culinary masterpieces. As a Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring food quality and presentation, and managing inventory and supplies. To excel in this role, you'll need a strong background in cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation, as well as excellent teamwork and communication skills. Position Description
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the venue's menu and guest preferences
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Ensure food quality and presentation are consistently high
Assist in menu planning and recipe development
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
Position Requirements
Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (preferred)
