We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Bricklayer to join our team.

Job Description:
We are seeking a hardworking, dedicated, and experienced Bricklayer who will share our passion for high-quality construction. This role is a critical part of our team, and involves laying the foundations and building walls for the various structures that we build.

Responsibilities:
Reading and interpreting architectural blueprints.
Preparing and laying bricks, concrete blocks, and other types of building blocks in residential, commercial, and industrial structures.
Mixing cement and mortar to the appropriate consistency.
Cutting and shaping bricks to fit within specified plans.
Ensuring all bricks are laid straight by using plumb lines and spirit levels.
Filling expansion joints with suitable caulking materials.
Cleaning and polishing bricks using wire brushes.
Maintaining tools and workspaces to ensure a safe and clean job site.
Coordinating tasks with team members and other trades.
Adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bricklayer.
Excellent knowledge of mixing, pouring, spreading, shaping, molding, and finishing techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
Knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition.
High school diploma; Certification from a technical school is a plus.
