Job Title: Guest Relations Specialist

We are a leading management company in Sahl Hasheesh, and we are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Relations Specialist. If you are passionate about providing exceptional service, have strong English language skills, and can create memorable experiences for our guests, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills
Previous experience in guest relations is a plus
Availability for an interview
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests upon arrival
Handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional manner
Build positive relationships with guests and address their needs
Assist in resolving any issues or complaints
Provide information about the resort and its amenities
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
