If you know your way around diggers, dozers, or loaders — and you’re keen to jump on a variety of gear, we’ve got a spot for you. You’ll be working with a well-established team that gets stuck in and gets the job done right.

You can expect a solid 50-hour week as standard, with the chance to rack up extra hours if you’re keen to go the extra mile.

Role:

We’re after a solid operator who knows their stuff in the civil and general excavation game. Whether it’s site scrapes, bulk loading, final trim, or working in and around services, you’ll need to be sharp on the controls and even sharper when it comes to health and safety. You’ll be working on newer gear (5T to 20T) with low hours, so you can focus on doing quality work without battling the machine. If you’ve got a Class 4 or 5 license, that’s a big bonus and opens up even more work.

What we are looking for:
Skilled machine operator with proven experience
Current WTR and Class 2-5 (bonus)
Understand the importance of Health & Safety
Good communication skills
Not afraid to get stuck in (Overtime hours if wanted)
Be able to work in a team or individually
