Our friendly, well established companion animal clinic in Shepparton is looking for a veterinary nurse to join our team. We are open to casual, part time or full-time arrangements and are happy to tailor hours to the right person.

About the clinic
We are a modern, purpose-built clinic with a great team of vets, nurses and receptionists who genuinely enjoy working together. We pride ourselves on high standards of patient care, a calm and supportive environment, and strong teamwork. You will be well supported and encouraged to work to your skill set.

About the role
This is a hands-on nursing role with variety across hospital, surgical and consult nursing. Your duties may include:

Surgical and hospital nursing support

Monitoring anaesthetics and patient recovery

Pathology, IV placement and fluid therapy

Dentistry and imaging assistance

Patient admissions and discharges

Supporting vets and clients with confidence and care

Reception duties

Shifts and hours can be flexible, making this role suitable whether you are looking for casual work, reduced hours or a full-time position.

About you
You are a qualified or experienced veterinary nurse who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in delivering high quality patient care.

Ideally, you will have:

Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent experience

Confidence across general nursing duties

A positive, team focused attitude

Strong communication and organisational skills
