With a strong technical culture and collaborative studio environment, the team is currently navigating a key delivery phase on a substantial townhouse development and requires experienced support.

The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Architect to join the team on a short-term fixed contract. This role sits within a large, well-advanced townhouse and multi-unit residential project and will suit someone who can step in quickly, take ownership of coordination and documentation, and add immediate value.

Working closely with senior architects and the wider consultant team, you will be heavily involved in technical resolution, detailed documentation and project coordination through a critical phase of delivery.

Role Requirements
Registered Architect in New Zealand or equivalent professional experience
Proven experience delivering multi-unit residential or townhouse developments
High proficiency in Revit with strong documentation capability
Sound knowledge of the NZ Building Code and local regulations
Ability to work autonomously and integrate quickly into an established team
Availability to start immediately or at short notice
