We're looking for a full-time receptionist & admin superstar to join our team on a full-time (0.8) permanent basis.

You will primarily be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, acting as the first point of contact either face-to-face or on the telephone.

Our practice is busy, therefore you'll need to be experienced at working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent computer literacy and comfortable working with patient management systems.

You'll be an expert at multi-tasking, have exceptional organisational skills and most importantly a great team player.

You will ideally be familiar with the healthcare sector and have an understanding of the confidentiality and privacy that goes hand in hand with this role.
