We are looking for friendly and experienced Food, Bar and Gaming Attendant with exceptional customer service to join our team at the newly renovated Claremont Hotel "The Mont".

If you have experience in hospitality, or looking to get into the industry, join our team! We are looking for a casual Food, Bar and Gaming Attendant position at the Claremont Hotel.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Managing gaming functions within the venue
Managing TAB functions within the venue
Monitoring gaming operations within the venue
Maintaining compliance and responsible gaming practices
Day to day operations of a busy gaming room
Cash handling proficiency
Preparing and dispensing beverages
Skills and Experience you bring to the role

Approach your days with a ‘can do’ positive attitude and not be afraid to show off your energetic and charismatic personality to engage with our guests
Be passionate about the hospitality industry and have some hospitality or transferable experience
Be able to work calmly, quickly and methodically under pressure while maintaining a high level of service for our guests
The following qualifications are desirable:

Current Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate (RSG)
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
Keno Writer or Senior Keno Writer
TAB experience would be an advantage
Availability and flexibility to work a variety of night and weekend shifts which may include public holidays.
