Your Role:

As a Foreperson with Choice Construction Group, you will be a key figure in project delivery, ensuring that our commitment to excellence is upheld from start to finish. You will run the materials and supplies logistics for projects; co-ordinating site establishments, deliveries, removals, and ensuring sites are clean, safe and tidy. You will provide carpentry services to support projects, with the opportunity to lead small works projects as sole-charge. You will be provided with a delivery vehicle and will have responsibility to maintain our tools and equipment. If you have a background in construction, a passion for managing projects and people, and can work autonomously, we want to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you will need carpentry skills, a full driving license and a collaborative problem-solving attitude. We're looking for team players who can relate to clients, follow instruction and use initiative to meet deadlines, with the ability to work with a group or on your own. You will be able to adapt to new work quickly and manage multiple tasks. If you have worked in healthcare and hospital environments, or other high-demand areas, your application will stand out.

Key Qualities:

Carpentry skills - trade qualified 5+ years preferred.
Good driving record
Exceptional communication
Attention to detail and pride in finished work
Positive professional attitude
Time management and ability to work autonomously

The drive and competence to see a project through from inception to completion
