PIMS Group are now seeking Experienced Longwall Fitters for a Bowen Basin Underground Mine.

About the Opportunity:

With over 100 personnel currently on site, PIMS Group are now seeking motivated individuals with Longwall Fitting Experience to contribute to the success of this project. As a long term opportunity, this a unique chance for seasoned Longwall Fitting professional to showcase their expertise and contribute to the common goals of this operation.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain underground equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency;
Execute specialised tasks related to underground operations in accordance with site SHMS;
Collaborate with a skilled team of professionals to achieve project goals;
Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of mining processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience with Longwall Equipment either in a Workshop or Underground Environment;
Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures;
Ability to work effectively within a team and in challenging underground environments;
Excellent problem solving skills and a proactive approach to each day on tour.
