Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team in Pukekohe. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and supplying automotive parts, for both our internal Service Department and our external retail and trade customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient parts operations.

Skills you will need to be successful:

High level of customer service
Previous experience in the automotive industry
Experience in using Parts Trader
ETKA, Microcat & Autoline experience would be advantageous
Full Drivers license required
Computer literate
Multitasker with a high level of accuracy & efficiency
Key responsibilities:

Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their vehicles.
Providing exceptional customer service and accurate advice to our customers
Quoting panel repair jobs on Parts Trader
Building strong relationships with key customers and team members
