About the role

To provide support to the Executive Assistant and is be key to enabling business leaders to be effective and organised in their roles, including heping to keep track of key actions, documentation, co-ordinate diaries, meetings and managing the competing priorities, support travel arragements, orgainise team workshops and collaborate with key stakeholders as required.

Key Responsibilities for the role
* Delivering accurate, timely and responsive administrative support to the Executive Assistant
* Managing travel, accomodation and conference requirements and minute taking of management and stakeholder meetings
* Contributing to the effective organisation of project related events
* Ensuring accurate diary management
* Assisting with general office management duties and liaising with internal and external clients on a regular basis

Skills & experience
* High-level organisational, time management, interpersonal and communication skills
* Advanced skills in MS365 and suite of products ie Word, excel and powerpoint
* Ability to quickly familiarise self with multiple in-house databases
* Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills ( verbal and written)
* Able to overcome conflicting priorities and take direction
* Excellent negotiation and preoblem-solving skills
* Immediate Start available for the right candidate
