We need a team player with the X factor to join our Grace Customer Service Team. If you love engaging with customers over the phone, we want to hear from you!

 

Job Overview

This is a fixed-term position covering parental leave. You will be responsible for handling telephone, internet, and web enquiries from customers across New Zealand. Your role will involve providing advice on Grace’s range of services and ensuring a great customer experience through exceptional listening and decision-making skills.

You are engaging, friendly, and confident, with an outstanding telephone manner to organize physical or video surveys or direct selling.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service or phone sales.

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday & 08:30am to 5pm.

Fixed Term: 9 months

 

To Be Successful in This Role

Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Strong customer focus with a mature, practical, and common-sense outlook
Attention to detail and good with numbers
A willingness to see tasks through to completion
Well-organized with exceptional time management skills
Computer literate (particularly MS Office and Lotus Notes)
Team player
Eligible to work in New Zealand
