About the Role
Infinite Fire Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Fire Technician to join our growing team in Darwin, NT for an immediate start. This is a full-time opportunity for someone passionate about fire protection - someone who thrives in a hands-on role and is committed to creating safer workplaces and communities.

You'll be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of advanced fire detection and suppression systems across a variety of commercial and industrial settings.

We’re ready for an immediate start - but we’re also willing to wait for the right person.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance on fire detection systems, EWIS, emergency lighting, and portable Fire Equipment.

Respond to service callouts, troubleshoot faults, and complete repairs

Install new fire protection systems in line with Australian Standards and NT building codes

Complete accurate service reports and documentation

Provide excellent customer service during site visits

Collaborate with technicians and the broader team to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
Experience with fire detection systems, portables, and wet fire protection

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Commitment to WHS and safe work practices

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Commitment to our rotating ‘On Call’ Roster

Desirable Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
Certificate II or III in Fire Protection (or equivalent, or currently working towards)

NT Recognised Electrical License or Restricted Electrical License

2+ years of relevant industry experience

Familiarity with a range of fire systems and technologies

Interest in learning and applying new systems and innovations – bring your ideas to the table!

Proactive, adaptable, and reliable approach

Experience leading small teams

Experience using Uptick or similar service management software

Accredited with the FPAA – either Transitional or Qualified
