We are a NZ Manufacturer building world-class Air Seeder Drills. You'll join a motivated, capable team that backs the Company's values, each other and takes pride in quality and being the best in the field. A practical Company of good sorts, who get stuck in and provide the best results for our customers and business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assembly & Pre-Assembly: Assemble stock components, hoppers and complete drills on time, ensuring all work meets our reputable high quality and performance standards.

Quality Control & Finishing: Carry out QC checks protocols, record keeping and final checks to ensure functionality, performance and presentation of finished products are best in the field.

Workshop Operations: Maintain workshop presentation, safety and efficiency, following a LEAN practices system. Assist with loading and unloading goods, checking off records and goods storage.

Repairs & Maintenance: Repair, maintain, clean and present customer drills and componentry to a high standard and fast turnaround taking pride in customer service and finished result.

Teamwork : Jump in across our business to keep the line moving, meet deadlines and equal contribution for ultimate results.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Pride in workmanship: A strong eye for detail and a commitment to producing high end finishes.

Practical Assembly Experience: A history in mechanical, agricultural machinery or similar manufacturing environments. Familiarity with tools and workshop equipment.

Integrity & Reliability: You do the right thing, even when no one is watching and work safely and effectively with honesty.

Team Mindset: Willingness to jump in where needed, provide ultimate customer service where required and can be trusted to be a team player and support the wider team to meet deadlines and business success.
