Real Estate Sales Consultant/Junior Sales Person – Join Our Growing Team at PH Property

We are in search of a dynamic, self-motivated individual who’s serious about building a long-term career in real estate. Whether you’re experienced or brand new to the industry – if you the commitment to show up, work hard, and give your best every day – we want to hear from you. This is a full-time role, working closely alongside our sales team and Brad Hinton – Principal of PH Property, with strong support from our Directors, Management, and Administration. You’ll be guided through the nuts and bolts of what makes a successful agent—from appraisals to open homes and everything in between.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Attending private inspections, open homes, and appraisals
• Assisting in pre-listing preparation and presentations
• Prospecting through email, direct marketing, and buyer engagement
• Procuring property listings for sale
• Vendor and buyer liaison from start to settlement
• Preparing vendor reports and coordinating property inspections
• Building and nurturing a client database
• Supporting the end-to-end management of listings and sales

Minimum Requirements:
• Current Victorian Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
• Willing to provide a current Police Check (less than 6 months old)
• Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate (preferred, not essential)
