Europe Fastflow Services, a dynamic recruitment / temporary employment agency founded in 2022, is excited to invite skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in the hospitality sector for the roles of Bartender, and Chef specialising in Maltese, Italian and Asian cuisines.

Responsibilities include:

Chef:

- Preparing and cooking a variety of Maltese and Italian dishes, with a focus on pizza and pasta.
- Preparing a variety Asian dishes including Chinese, Thai and Japanese.
- Ensuring food quality and presentation meet company standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Ordering and managing inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.

Bartender:

- Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Providing exceptional customer service and engaging with guests.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Managing cash and credit card transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
