Your Role:
✔ Guide, supervise, and assess children in a dynamic Montessori environment.
✔ Develop engaging lesson plans and learning activities tailored to each child.
✔ Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom where children thrive.
✔ Foster strong, trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
✔ Instill core values such as honesty, respect, and kindness.
✔ Monitor student progress and provide detailed reports.
✔ Assist in training and mentoring new teachers.
✔ Participate in school activities and field trips.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Montessori-certified CASA 3-6 teacher.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Education.
✅ QTS, PGCE, or other teaching qualifications are a plus.
✅ Passion for alternative education and child-centered learning.
✅ Excellent communication, observation, and classroom management skills.
✅ A lifelong learner who can inspire young minds.
