Macquarie Electric is a Field Service Provider for major metering companies in Australia. We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead a qualified team of Meter Technicians in the Port Macquarie region.

This is a great opportunity for an electrician/ meter technician who is looking to switch from labour intensive work, to a supervisory role.

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be in charge of a team of electricians and oversee their performance and work. Your role will provide practical and technical expertise and leadership to the team to ensure metering installations are completed efficiently and effectively, meeting all compliance and safety requirements.

Qualifications and Experience required:

Experienced Electrician with leadership experience (Metering Training will be provided)
Police Check and Working with Childrens Check
Meter Technician with experience in a leadership role will be desirable
You will:

Have sound knowledge of Safety Standards, Codes of Practice, AS3000, SIR’s and guidelines as well as a good working knowledge of the fundamentals of Quality Systems and adherence to procedures
