K.W. Bruun Import A/S is one of the largest car importers in the Nordic countries. The company is owned by K.W. Bruun & Co, a family fund-owned company with roots going back to 1914. Our main business is importing cars and spare parts for Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Opel, and Mitsubishi to Denmark and Sweden, as well as Fiat, Fiat Pro, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Hongqi and Voyah to Denmark alone. K.W. Bruun Import is also a modern logistics operator, distributing spare parts and accessories from our logistics centers in Greve and Stockholm to the Group’s network of more than 370 repair shops and dealers.

In our IT department with 20 highly skilled colleagues, you will be a vital part of a small team of developers. Collaborating with colleagues from various fields, including a product owner, a testing expert and operations teams, you will have an integral part in delivering high-quality solutions and continuous business optimization.

Your responsibilities
You will primarily be based at our headquarters in Glostrup, where you will be immersed in an informal and inspiring work environment. Here, you'll have the opportunity to share knowledge, learn and grow both personally and professionally.

You and your team will be responsible for developing new applications and maintaining complex, business critical web applications. The solutions you will be working with are key to our car business. You will help drive the continuous evolution of our digital value chain by accommodating new business requirements and integrations with both internal and external solutions.

You are fluent in either Danish or Swedish, and you have

A relevant IT education from a university or similar level, backed by several years of practical experience
Expertise in C#, .NET Core and extensive experience with Azure cloud services
Proficiency in various technologies, including Azure Functions, Service Bus and API management
Knowledge with Microsoft Visual Studio and DevOps
Experience working with Web APIs and other integrations
A critical and thorough approach to your work, combined with a willingness to ask questions and provide constructive feedback
A commitment to code ownership thorough testing and a focus on security
An understanding of the importance of code reviews, unit testing and agile methodologies (Scrum)
