About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced person to join the Group as Business Analyst. In this role you'll act as the main interface between the business, our onsite Hospitals management teams, the finance department, and the IT team.

Primarily you will be responsible for the technology One upgrade from On-Prem to SaaS platform and be instrumental in the implementation of new business processes and auxiliary systems, as well as looking for ways to continuously improve existing processes and systems. This will include stabilisation and the effective utilisation of Technology One, ongoing training, onboarding, enhancements, and documentation.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical advice on the effective upgrade of TOne SaaS platform.
Development or Enhancement of TONE system from On-Prem to Cloud based solution programs as per the requirements.
Analyze the requirements from projects and come up with testing scope and detailed test scenarios as part of the upgrade to CiA.
Integration test support, defect fixes and Production deployments.
Regular communication with the users, stakeholders, and vendor teams.
Identifying process improvement opportunities and automating them.
Involves in managing deliverables required by the project from a production readiness point of view.
Serve as thought leader for ideas and projects to maximise the value creation from the Enterprise Resource Planning system.
Provide technical advice on the model for data flow through the business including interfaces with other systems (e.g. Webpas, Micropay Meridian, Kronos dimension).
Provide ongoing training and support to TOne users on the capabilities within the TONE system.
Generate performance metrics from the TOne system for Finance modules, Supply Chain, Inventory and XL one reporting and analytics functions.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
Analyse and document recommendations based on business requirements for new and existing operational initiatives to determine cost & benefit.
Leverage the available BI (Business Intelligence) or Analytics reporting tools relevant to Business requirements and Projects, inputting into data and reporting requirements, user testing, user education and maintenance of the relevant reports.
Skills and Experience:

Minimum 3+ years in business analysis for Enterprise Resource Planning systems preferably Technology One system or equivalent.
Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualisation techniques and tools.
Experience working in the Health Industry Sector.
Experience in multi-site businesses as well as a background in BI tools (such as Power BI), systems implementation & project management experience.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement & communication skills are a given.
